Where do you ship to?

We currently ship throughout Malaysia and United States. At the moment, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on expanding our reach soon!

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, and shipping typically takes 6 to 9 business days depending on your location. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within Malaysia and United States no minimum spend required.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they are in new and unused condition. Just email us at info@graceglisten.com to begin the return process. We’ll provide a free downloadable return label.

How can I track my order?
