At Grace Glisten, we aim to provide a straightforward and transparent return and refund process. Please read the following terms carefully.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange for items that are:

Defective or damaged upon receipt

Non-defective, provided they are new, unused, and in original condition
Important:

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or returned after 30 days may not be accepted

To start a return or exchange:

Shipping

Returns must be sent by mail

Once approved, a return shipping label will be provided to download and print

Grace Glisten covers all return shipping costs
No restocking fees apply.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time: within 12 business days from receipt of the returned item
All refunds are issued in USD. If your payment was made in another currency, your bank may apply conversion rates or additional fees.
